The extensive collection covers multiple plate, bowl and beverage lines, with complementary service items to make your place setting complete. The range is fully vitrified and conforms to BS4034, for low water absorption, improved hygiene, protection against thermo shock, increased strength and better heat retention. They are also microwave, oven, dishwasher and freezer safe. The products are designed to withstand the tough foodservice environment, with rolled edges and rims on products to improve edge chip resistance, with selective products available with a five year edge chip guarantee*. Nevilles Porcelain Tableware is suitable for most hotel, restaurant and foodservice applications.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery is free on orders over £50.00 (excl) VAT, UK mainland only. A £5.00 (excl VAT) charge is added to orders under £50.00 (excl VAT) UK mainland only. Some larger products maybe subject to additional carriage charges. Outside of Mainland UK will be subject to additional carriage charges, please call for details.
Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers’ responsibility, Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.

All deliveries should be inspected by the customer on the day of delivery, the customer has 48 hours to report any fault/damage to the product. if the customer reports a fault / damage after 48 hours Bluecrest UK Ltd will not be held responsible.
