The Scotsman AC 127 is a compact Series 6 Supercuber, fitting easily back of bar, front of house or in the kitchen. Capable of producing individual transparent solid cubes formed by spraying water onto a subcooled horizontal evaporator. Each single cube is an artwork: crystal clear and perfectly shaped, faithful to the Scotsman tradition.
