The Lincat Opus 800 Stainless Steel Griddle, equipped with independent heat zones, one a half ribbed plate to give meals that attractive ribbed branding presentation marks on steaks and burgers. Either zone can be individually controlled for flexibility and economy during quiet periods, with precise thermostatic control from 90°C - 300°C for consistent results. Stainless steel external finish and welded splashguard make for easy cleaning.
