The Induction Ovens from Lincat utilise the latest Induction technology for commercial kitchens. Induction works by using powerful magnets that can provide focused heat to the pan, reducing the amount of wasted heat on the hob. The range also features a large capacity, 4kW commercial oven with a temperature range of 130°C to 265°C.
