Kebab King DF10L Electric Free-standing Twin Tank Twin Basket Fryer
This Cater Bake Kebab King DF10L electric fryer features two 6KW powerful heaters with 10 litres of oil capacity each and twin nickel coated baskets.
The split stainless steel tank design features separate control systems, to allow two different food items to be cooked at the same time. A bottom cold zone helps prevent food debris scorching whist in use.
The thermostat is controllable between 50-190℃; with a 230 ℃ hi-limit that ensures safe operation for employees, constructed of robust material, this fryer is ideal for any foodservice or commercial operation.
