The E401F single pan, twin basket electric fryer combines efficiency, convenience and performance to great effect. High efficiency, tri-stack elements reduce energy consumption and allow for instant temperature recovery. The result is an exceptionally high hourly chip output of 58kg per hour (10mm blanched and chilled). The in-built filtration system extends oil life to reduce costs further while helping to produce better quality, more consistently cooked food. It is also safer and more convenient for the operator to filter oil automatically rather than manually.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery is free on orders over £50.00 (excl) VAT, UK mainland only. A £5.00 (excl VAT) charge is added to orders under £50.00 (excl VAT) UK mainland only. Some larger products maybe subject to additional carriage charges. Outside of Mainland UK will be subject to additional carriage charges, please call for details.
Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers’ responsibility, Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
