Redesigned to complement the Turbofan E35 ovens, the P85M8 is a full-size electric prover and holding cabinet to complete our high performance baking centre. Clever, compact design accommodates 8 18” x 30” trays with optional 18” rack set. Stylish and durable on the outside, the P85-8 is full of innovation on the inside and delivers accurate proving of fresh and frozen dough. The P85-8 controls heat and humidity for accurate yeast activation and thermostat control ranges from 20-40°C for proving, while in hot holding mode the temperature range is 65-85°C.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery is free on orders over £50.00 (excl) VAT, UK mainland only. A £5.00 (excl VAT) charge is added to orders under £50.00 (excl VAT) UK mainland only. Some larger products maybe subject to additional carriage charges. Outside of Mainland UK will be subject to additional carriage charges, please call for details.
Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers’ responsibility, Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
Please be aware that Bluecrest UK LTD cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout or problems with the couriers.
All deliveries should be inspected by the customer on the day of delivery, the customer has 48 hours to report any fault/damage to the product. if the customer reports a fault / damage after 48 hours Bluecrest UK Ltd will not be held responsible.
