Blue Seal 1200mm Electric Griddle with Cabinet Base EP518-CB is a heavy duty griddle requiring 3 phase electric . Blue Seal evolution series electric griddles have a standard 20mm plate for maximum heat retention and distribution. They are thermostatically controlled for accurate temperature setting, and are available with a variety griddle plate surface and with a choice of either the Bench, Cabinet Base, Leg Stand or Refrigerated Base model.
