The Blizzard BF-8 Single Tank Electric Fryer has been manufactured with stainless steel and designed with a tap to the front for easy drainage. With an 8 litre tank capacity, this unit also features a mesh batter plate and a safety cut out to protect the appliance from overheating in instances where, for example, there may be an insufficient amount of oil in the tank.
