The largest single compartment smoker oven, the 1000-SK helps you consistently smoke, cook and hold more product for service. Eliminate the need for traditional labour-intensive smoking equipment and effortlessly infuse bold, authentic flavours into food with real wood chips. Halo Heat® technology provides the greatest yields and highest quality food—all while lowering operating costs. This simple control electric smoker oven features an icon-based, touch control and a single knob to set temperatures, smoke, cook and hold times. Cook by time or a single temperature probe and store up to eight programmable recipes.
Technical
- Commercial electric smokers can smoke hot or cold to expand your menu and keep customers coming back for more.
- A sealed, static cooking environment traps meat’s natural flavour and juices, reducing meat shrink, improving food quality, enhancing smoke flavour and extending hold life.
- Maintain food quality and hold product at perfect serving temperatures for hours without overcooking or drying out.
- Cook and hold by time or by the single temperature probe. The smoker oven senses internal product temperature or time and automatically converts from smoke to cook mode to hold mode once set parameters are reached.
- Put the product on display in our commercial smoker oven for customers and kitchen staff with the glass door option.
- Produce less food waste and minimise food costs with 15-20% less protein shrinkage compared to conventional pit smoking. Serve more portions from the same cut of meat to increase your profit margin.
- Save on energy costs with gentle, radiant Halo Heat technology.
- Eliminate the need to manually log temperatures each hour. Optional HACCP data logger automatically tracks food temperature readings and operation mode by date and time – all downloadable onto a USB flash drive.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery is free on orders over £50.00 (excl) VAT, UK mainland only. A £5.00 (excl VAT) charge is added to orders under £50.00 (excl VAT) UK mainland only. Some larger products maybe subject to additional carriage charges. Outside of Mainland UK will be subject to additional carriage charges, please call for details.
Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers’ responsibility, Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.

All deliveries should be inspected by the customer on the day of delivery, the customer has 48 hours to report any fault/damage to the product. if the customer reports a fault / damage after 48 hours Bluecrest UK Ltd will not be held responsible.
